Name: Aisu Eiji Hikaru a.k.a. "Ice"

Description: Hikaru is a skinny, good-looking, young male. He is roughly 22 years old and has spiky blue hair with a long ponytail that nearly goes down to his knees. He has blue eyes and is often grinning mischievously. He wears many different outfits but is most often seen wearing a white coat with a fur collar, blue jeans, and sword-fighting gloves. He carries a large keyblade with him, Glacier, which he created himself and which can only be wielded by him. This keyblade symbolizes the power of the ice element and his love of ice.
Personality: Hikaru is mischievous, silly, and oftentimes quite ridiculous. He has no boundaries whatsoever and is usually considered to be quite the handful. He annoys everyone that surrounds him, even his dearest friends and family. Even still, he is incredibly kind and gentle, and all who get to know him eventually care for him deeply.
He is also highly attracted to beautiful women, and will do literally anything for them, if so asked. He hates fire, ladybugs, and men who have spikier hair then him. He loves ice and snow, anything that is colored blue, swords and sword-wielding, and most forms of magic. He is deathly afraid of hats and mechanized objects, both of which he simply does not understand at all.
History:
Hikaru, as a child, always had a mischievous side, and was prone to trouble-making and tomfoolery. As he grew he practiced sword-wielding with his older brother, who was a renowned duelist. After hearing about the coming battle between the forces of light and darkness, he forged his own keyblade in order to combat the forces of evil and greed. This was the beginning of the Keyblade War. After the great battle began, Hikaru fought as hard as he possibly could, but it seemed that all was lost as darkness swept across the World. At the exact same time that the χ-blade shattered, he summoned forth the last of his magic and opened a portal with his keyblade, which he dove through in order to survive the desecration and separation of the World.

Active Abilities:
Sonic Blade - Hikaru flies around the battlefield at high speeds, slicing through several enemies within seconds, or slicing through one enemy several times.
Thundara - Lightning strikes the area surrounding Hikaru, dealing electrical damage to everything around him which can also cause certain mechanical objects to malfunction.
Blizzara - Hikaru shoots a large chunk of ice from his keyblade which will splinter into smaller fragments after hitting his target. These splinters may strike enemies behind the first target.
Cura - Hikaru summons forth the healing power of Light and rejuvenates himself or an ally. This ability can also be used to harm the undead.
Passive Abilities:
Scan - Hikaru can sense the amount of damage that it takes to defeat an enemy. In essence, he knows a target's HP.
Combo Plus 1 - Hikaru can strike a target multiple times when he attacks them with his keyblade. He can swing his keyblade at a target with an additional attack from his blade per level of Combo Plus. At level 1 Combo Plus, he can hit a target twice; once normally and once for his first point in Combo Plus.
Limit Break:
Ice Form - Hikaru is covered from head to toe in extremely hardened ice, which has the strength of steel, increasing his defensive capabilities. The ice also covers his keyblade, elongating it and adding extra damage due to the ice spikes that appear along each edge. While in Ice Form, Hikaru quickly slides across the battlefield, as though wearing ice skates, which increases his movement speed. His ice magic spells also do considerably more damage and are upgraded to the next level (for instance, blizzara becomes blizzaga, triple blizzaga becomes quadruple blizzaga, etc.). When his Ice Form's duration ends, Hikaru is weakened considerably for quite some time.
